Aging beef is an art that has been handed down through several generations at Lorenzo's. It is a costly and complex procedure done to both tenderize and add flavor to your sirloin steak. If you do not care for aged beef, I recommend ordering our filet mignon (tenderloin) cuts as they are not aged and are naturally tender. All of Lorenzo's steaks and chops are cut daily on the premises and cooked to order.
