To reserve our private dining room "The Backroom" (with seating for up to 25 guests), room deposit requirements are as follows:
For the months of November, December & January:
For Lunch Monday - Thursday: $800.00 deposit
For Lunch Friday: $1000.00 deposit
For Dinner Monday - Thursday: $1200.00 deposit
For Dinner Friday & Saturday: $1500.00 deposit (subject to availability, please call the restaurant to inquire about Friday and Saturday night feasibility - speak with Armando)
To reserve the South Clinton Room (with seating for a minimum of *36 and a maximum of 48-50 guests), room deposit requirements are as follows:
For the months of November, December & January:
For Lunch Monday - Thursday: $1600.00 deposit
For Lunch Friday: $1800.00 deposit
For Dinner Monday - Thursday: $1900.00 deposit
For Dinner Friday & Saturday: $2200.00 deposit (subject to availability, please call the restaurant to inquire about Friday and Saturday night feasibility - speak with Armando)
* PLEASE NOTE: For the South Clinton Room (our largest private dining area) the minimum of 36 persons “dining at your event” is mandatory. A charge of $40/pp lunch & $50/pp dinner will be added to your check for each person short of the required minimum.
This contract must be signed by the same person whose name appears on the purchasing credit card. Also, please be sure the party name is the same name being used to book this reservation.
I sign this with the knowledge that this is a non-refundable deposit.
Your deposit ensures the entire room is dedicated to your party. No other reservations are taken for the room you reserve after we receive your
deposit. Your deposit will be deducted from your bill at the conclusion of your meal. Your credit card can/will not be credited for this deposit. Your only obligation is to arrive on the day and time specified in your agreement and spend a minimum dollar amount before tax and gratuity, the same as, or above the amount of your deposit.
Please note that no portion of your deposit can be credited towards tax or gratuity.
After your minimum expenditure has been met, the deposit amount will be subtracted in its entirety from the sub-total (the total before tax & gratuity) of your final check. Deposit amounts vary depending on the room that is reserved as well as day of the week and time of year. Please call and we will inform you of the deposit needed for your event before filling out this form.
I also sign this agreement with the knowledge that this is a legal and binding contract which applies only to the dollar amount above, only to the deposit portion of your transaction and cannot be applied to the balance of the
bill (after deposit deduction).
Please be sure whomever is to pay this balance of the transaction is present with their card at the time of the event as a swipe must be made as well as the cardholders signature is required.
Charge transfers cannot be done after an event and all balance due is to be paid at the conclusion of the event unless previously arranged with the owner.
Your generous gratuities are always appreciated, although minimum gratuity of 20% is required for private party reservations. The check will be presented for gratuity; in the event the minimum gratuity is not met, it will then added to your check total.
We here at Lorenzo's all make our living through your respected patronage and your generosity. I would like to take a moment on behalf of all of our service personnel, our Valet Parking attendant, and myself to thank you in advance for your patronage, and with equal importance, your gratuity.
